Success Story

"The sourcing directors that I have worked with at PracticeMatch do their homework. They know about the hospital before I ever call them. Even if they've never worked with me on that particular hospital before, when I call them to begin talking about the search, they have been on the hospital's website and on the community's website. They've learned about the location, what is there, and what is good about the community. Then we talk, and we come up with our selling points, our attractive points about the job, the community, and the hospital. They're very good at selling these to the candidates."
