Bob deRoode
Bob has been in the recruiting industry for over 20 years, specializing in physician recruiting since 1986, and previously recruiting for all levels of sales and executive positions. He has trained dozens of successful recruiters over the years.
Bob's basic recruitment philosophy is two-fold:
First - the interview should not be a discovery process.
Second - if you help enough people make the decision that’s right for them, you will get your just rewards while making a lot of valuable contacts and friends along the way.
Before entering the recruiting industry, Bob worked for an international consulting firm based in Philadelphia. He traveled extensively throughout the United States and Canada, providing management training and efficiency studies to all levels of management. He has been a frequent speaker at the National Association of Physician Recruiters and conducts numerous training sessions throughout the year.
Bob has a double major in marketing and psychology from McKendree College in Lebanon, Illinois.
